Maxwell Gets BET Nominations
The nominees for the 2010 BET Awards have just been announced. Maxwell has been recognized in two categories. He has been nominated for Best Male R&B Artist. He faces competition from Chris Brown, Usher, Treyz Songz and Raheem Devaughn.
BET’s fan poll currently has Chris Brown slated to win with 38% of the votes. Usher is following a close second with 30% of the votes. Although the poll is unofficial, fans get the chance to show support for their favorite artist. Maxwell has also been nominated for the Centric Award. Other nominees include Monica, Melanie Fiona, Sade and Chrisette Michele. (Read More…)
