Maxwell and Jill Scott postpone concert dates
Maxwell and Jill Scott have postponed several of their upcoming concerts, spanning from June 28 to July 15.
Though Maxwell’s Columbia Records label cited scheduling conflicts, rumor has it that Maxwell is upset because Scott and Erykah Badu–both opening acts–are running over their allotted time.
However, Scott’s publicist squashed that rumor, saying “Jill has enjoyed every moment on stage with Maxwell, whom she calls a consummate gentleman and tour mate. She looks forward to sharing the rest of the tour with all of the supportive followers.”
